SOFTWARE CHANGES INCLUDED IN THIS UPDATE:

15 Jul 14 software changes

1. CLEAR STOCK-ON-HAND FOR INACTIVE DRUG ITEMS
The ability to clear S-O-H for only drug items set to ‘inactive’ has been
added. From the main menu type:
3 3 6 <F4> (Utility Programs, Drug Maintenance, Zero Drug Usage)

Set the first field to ‘IA’ to have the program clear the stock-on-hand for
only inactive items.

2. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE REPORTING – NEW YORK & NEBRASKA
For New York State, the log programs have been modified to default the ASAP
PMP version to 4.2 to comply with recently mandated rules. Versions 4.0
and 4.1 will not be accepted on October 1st, 2014.

Nebraska has been added with default settings to ASAP version 4.1.

3. LOG OF SCRIPTS – 340B DOCTOR QUALIFIED LISTS
The ‘M’ selection can now be used for obtaining lists of scripts which have
‘Only Qualified’ doctors (as indicated in the doctor’s profile ‘340B
Qualified’ = ‘Y’) or ‘Non-Qualified’ doctors.

Press ‘M’ once to select ‘Only Qualified’ or twice to select ‘Non-
Qualified’.

** NOTE ** This does NOT apply to those systems configured with ‘full
featured 340B’ (such as RCRMC or SLRMC/SLMMC).

4. SURESCRIPTS –
‘**VOID**’ ON HARDCOPY IF DELETED
Set the new configuration option, “Print ‘**VOID**’ On Hardcopy to ‘Y’ if
this is desired for electronic prescriptions that are deleted from the
queue.

ARCHIVE QUEUE LISTS – NEW/REFILL QUALIFIED
This list can now be qualified for only New or Refill items by specifying
‘N’ or ‘R’ on the new, “For New/Refills” option.

5. DRUG LISTS – 340B QUANTITY
The new Drug Lists item, ‘X. Select 340B Stock’ allows selection of drugs
that have a ‘340B’ Stock Used value. By pressing the ‘X’ key twice, a list
of drug items with current 340B quantity <= to the item’s wholesaler pack
size will be selected. The third press of ‘X’ is for a list where the 340B
quantity is > the wholesaler pack size.

6. LASER RX LABELS – PARATA BARCODE
Bar Code item,”27. Parata 6Rx#2Fill# (128)” has been added which prints a
six digit script number followed by a two digit dispensing number using the
‘Code 128’ format.

7. LOG OF SCRIPTS – REPORT BUILDER
Patient items, First Name, Last Name, Residence and Svc Place have been
added.
Doctor item, Special Case has been added.
Drug item, Wholesaler Pack Size has been added.
Dollar/Price item, Patient Paid has been added.
