to use COST2. These two options continue to function as previously
defined.

3. PRINT DISPENSING DATE ON PDE
A new Software Option, 'Print Dispensing Date on PDE' has been added. When
set to 'Y', the date printed on the sheet will be the dispensing date of
the script. If a script is not selected, today's date will print.

A new Software Option, 'Display MAC on Drug Search' has been added. When
set to 'Y', the MAC price will display as well as name, etc.

5. PROMPT FOR LABEL FORMAT NAME
The ability to select an alternate label format has been added. Set the
new Software Option, 'Prompt for label Format Name' to 'Y'. This will
cause an addtional field to display at the 'PRINT LABELS' function whereby
the default label format name may be changed.

If this option is set to 'R', the last format name for the RX NUMBER most
recently printed will be recalled.

6. CHECK 'RX CRITICAL' LOG
Checking for 'Rx Critical' items will be performed at the main menu and
when recalling a script if the new Software Option, "Check 'Rx Critical'
Log" is set to 'Y'.

7. DISABLE NDC VERIFY SKIP (F7)
Setting the new Software Option, 'Disable NDC Verify Skip (F7)' to 'Y' will

8. LOG OF SCRIPTS - THIRD PARTY REPORT SELECT - EXCLUDE 340B
Report Select:
It is now possible to select a group of third parties based on the 'Report
Selection value. Use 'H. Set Insurance Code' then the new, 'Report

generate a list of scripts that do NOT have their drug's '340B Excluded'

'OLD' (80x24) SOFTWARE CHANGES

15 Apr 15 software changes

1. BOARD & CARE FORMS - PROGRAMMABLE
- Print Doctor First Name or Last Name Variant
Setting the 'Var' (variant) field to 'F' causes the first name
            of the doctor to print.
Setting the 'Var' (variant) field to 'L' causes the last name
            of the doctor to print.

- Only Print PRN Admin Time
Sometimes, other sigs which have administration times are
included with a 'PRN' sig. This causes those admin times
to print in the other admin times blocks.
IF it is desired to ONLY print 'PRN' without these other admin
times, set the 'R. Print Forms' 'Misc. Selections' option to
                POnly

- Shaded Chart Calendar Days (Misc Items - 14)
The 'Shade %' is now functional for only this item (laser only).

2. DEFAULT DRUG EXPIRY DATES - MM/YY and 'T' (See Tube)
Software Option, 'Use 12 Month Expiry Date' when set to 'M' (instead of
'Y') will generate the expiry date in the format 'mm/yy', where 'mm' is the
two digit numeric month and 'yy' is the year. The 'Y' option continues to
generate the format 'mm/dd/yy'.

Also, if a drug item's 'Default Exp. Date' is set to 'T', 'See Tube' will
be generated as the expiry date. This complements the existing formats of
'B' (See Box) and 'P' (See Pkg) each with an expiry of 365 days.

3. REFILL REMINDER SYSTEM - NEW EXPORT ITEMS
Patient Special Case and Patient Email Address has been added to the Export
file as items 20 and 21 respectively.
