SOFTWARE CHANGES INCLUDED IN THIS UPDATE:

15 Dec 15 software changes - 132x42 

1.  BOARD AND CARE FORMS - 4 WEEK SUPPLY VARIANT
Script Item '25. Dispensed Quantity' now has Variant '4' which will calculate
a quantity representing a 4 week supply based on the dispensing's quantity and
days supply.

Also, if the quantity calculated is not a whole number, a fraction will be
printed in the 1/10ths place (example: 20.1).

2.  PACMED - EXCLUDE CONTROLLED ITEMS
This program can now exclude scripts with drug schedules 2 through 5
(inclusive) by setting the new option, 'Exclude Schedules' to 'Y'.

3.  SEARCH FILES FOR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS
Included in this update is a program that will search for credit card numbers
(or suspect numbers) in patient note, multi-line patient notes, script notes,
and multi-line script notes and write a report to file, 'ccfinder.out.csv'.

To run this program, go to 'Special File Diagnostics' - 'System Utilities' -
'Run an FSHPAL program'.  Key strokes from main menu are:
       3  1  L  YES  9  2  ccfinder  <Enter>

4.  DRUG LISTS - UPC ADDED
Drug UPC has been added to the output file, 'dglist.csv'.

5.  LOG OF SCRIPTS - REPORT BUILDER - PATIENT RECORD NUMBER
Patient item '39. Pat Record Number' has been added to this program.

6.  EDIT SCRIPT - WORKFLOW HISTORY
The 'See Workflow History' (in Edit Dispensing Record) has changed to <Shift
F9> as this was a conflict with a drug compounding function which was also
accessed by pressing <Shift F4>.

Also, a captured signature's 'key' now displays to the right of 'From ID' in
the '12. Pickup ID' function.

7.  INVENTORY REPORTING - USE AWP AS 'COST'
Inventory reporting now allows the operator to choose AWP for cost
calculations. Enter 'A' in the 'Use Cost2 Field for Cost Calc'.
