Apr 15, 2016 Update Notes

LAST CD UPDATE IS 01 JULY 16

Since ALL of our customers now use Internet transactions, we will be
discontinuing mailing of Updates on CDs.

After installing the 01 Jul 16 Update, the update configuration will
AUTOMATICALLY switch to 'Telecom'.

For customers using the 'new' 132x42 character screen format (aka 'client' or
'new stuff'), automatic pick up and install will be available. Your system
can be configured to pick up updates and install for a specific day and time.
Pick up and install can be configured to be different days/times. Logging of
update pick up and installation will be done and any problems will be
displayed in the message window of the main menu.

SOFTWARE CHANGES INCLUDED IN THIS UPDATE:

15 Apr 16 software changes 132 x 42

1. ONLINE CLAIM/RESPONSE DETAIL FILE CONVERSION
The included data file conversion combines the many individual NCPDP claim and
response files into a single data base file.

The benefit of this conversion will be no longer needing to synchronize the
current online record with these individual files. Also, the number of files
for the operating system (O/S) to store will go from thousands to just one.
Purging old records will now be precise. Previously, due to synchronization
problems, many old individual files were not deleted.

2. MULTI-SITE: PATIENT HISTORY-PER WORKSTATION SELECT TO DISPLAY OTHER SITES
'Display Other Site Rxs' has been added to 'Terminal Map Maintenance' - '1.
Amend Terminal Map'. With this option set to 'Y', ALL scripts belonging to a
patient will display on their history regardless of the SYSTEM setting.

3. RECORD OF 'CMS Rights' PRINTING.
Now when a 'CMS Rights' sheet is printed due to denial of a Medicare Part D
claim, the dispensing's 'Label Note' will be set to the text, 'CMS Rights:
DDMMMYY' where 'DDMMMYY' is the day, month (JAN,FEB,etc), year when it was
printed.

4. FAX DOC OF COMPOUND SCRIPT - USE EXTENDED NAME
Now, if a ZEBRA label prints a compound script, the compound's Extended Name
will be printed IF the 'Variant' is 'X'.

5. PATIENT OPTION: 'PRINT MED GUIDE'
On the patient's 'Misc' Screen <F2>, the new option, 'Print Med Guide' may be
set to 'Y' so when printing a label, a Med Guide will also print (if the drug
has one).

6. PHYSICIAN'S ORDERS - DELETE RECORD
The ability to delete a record has been added: '5. Delet Phys. Ord. Record'.

7. LOG-OF-SCRIPTS REPORT BUILDER: PHARMACY DEA ADDED
The pharmacy's DEA has been added as Misc Item '23. Pharmacy DEA'.

8. INVENTORY REPORTING: REORDER POINT (ROP) SELECTIONS

the <F6> key to select items that have a ROP less than current Stock-On-Hand
