It’s 2022! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Welcome to 2022!

We made it through 2021! I want to take a minute and not only thank you for being with FSI but for being a friend! Over the years working for FSI, the one thing I have enjoyed the most is getting to know all of you. It has been so much fun year after year, coming to your pharmacies, talking on the phone, answering your questions, and helping you with your needs.

Growth, Change, and Your Pharmacy

Having one solid year under my belt in FSI Sales, I finally feel like I have built a solid platform for FSI to stand on. I finally feel like I have the ability to bring more pharmacies into the FSI family. I know not every pharmacy software is perfect, and I know every software has its own issues to deal with. Having said that, FSI is growing, pharmacy technology and its needs are growing, so in the process, FSI also needs to grow. With growth comes growing pains. Sticking with what you know is so much easier on you, your staff, and your bottom line.

I want to let you know FSI is the best software for your pharmacy! I know you have options, FSI knows you have options, but since you are already here, why jump the fence for the grass on the other side? I guarantee it’s not greener! Your pharmacy needs FSI so you can provide the best all-around service to your customers, be productive, efficient, and grow your bottom line. I may have enough time in the pharmacy management software business where I’ve peeked my head over the fence to see what the competition is doing, only to find I’m in the best place I can be, so why even consider anything else.

What I learned from peaking over that fence is all pharmacy management software has issues. Let’s face it, with all of the local, states, and federal regulations, keeping up with technology, and customizing to meet the needs of every pharmacy out there, any software is going to have something wrong. What I did notice, other software vendors aren’t customizing anywhere close to what FSI can and will do for you. And the support? NOTHING beats FSI’s “need help now, get help now” support!

Having mentioned support, I want to thank FSI support for keeping up with the growing demands of software development releases. I don’t think developers fully understand the weight of success bearing down on the support team. FSI’s support team has done an amazing job! In my mind, expressing and showing appreciation is everything!

Although I consider everyone at FSI as part of the support team, here are the people on the front lines, answering the phone when you need help.

Your FSI support team: Dave Snyder, Jim Chase, Blake Lloyd, Isaac Nielson, Marie Wright, Tamara Snyder, and Sandi Schwartz.

The real support and quite honestly, the real heroes here at FSI are the people answering your phone calls when you need help. These are the people on the front lines, answering the calls for help when development mistakes happen, when you have insurance issues, backup issues, etc…

Scroll to the bottom and leave a comment, say thank you, or just let the front-line FSI support team know how much you appreciate them!

FSI support still remains the best support in the pharmacy management software industry!

Quick Re-cap of 2021

FSI launches its first-ever customer engagement platform, The FSI 411 giving FSI and all of you better all-around bi-directional communication. You can use The FSI 411 to comment and communicate with other FSI customers.

FSI changed the platform for training videos from public to user/password with up-to-date videos starting with the basics for new FSI users and for your new employee hires.

FSI’s sales structure was rebuilt for success in 2022. FSI is excited to be adding more pharmacies to the family!

Overall growth and advancement in development to keep up with pharmacy industry needs and technology.

A lot of custom development. One reason FSI continues to listen and build around your needs; what you need will most likely benefit everyone else. Your comments and requests for custom development have helped FSI software become more and more user-friendly, efficient, easy to learn, and easy to use.
