Updated Support Office Business Hours
The main menu of the pharmacy system will now display the support office business hours on the lower left of the screen. Starting September 30th, 2024, FSI Support office switched to operating hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (MST/MDT).
Medi-Span Drug Update.
This Medi-Span Drug Price Update contains 391 NDC Changes, 5020 Drugs, 340 GPIs, and 46 Therapeutic Class changes.

Autorefill Rx’s
Prescriptions with no refills, but with quantity owing will be included in the auto refill list.
Log of Scripts
Option ‘z’ to Specify Sig Code now displays as a screen option.
Dispensing Robots
A second dispensing robot can now be licensed allowed two different dispensing robots to be used on the
system at the same time. Licenses are now drobot1 and drobot2. Call the FSI support number for more
information if you are interested.
Return to stock
When returning a prescription to stock, the system will now check to see if the prescription is in the FSI
Will Call and will clear it from Will Call if found.
Software Options
A new software option was added to have the system warn/notify the user if a call doctor is already in
progress when doing a refill for that prescription. The option ‘Warn if Call Doc in progress on Refs’ can
be set on the bottom of page three of software options (3,1,N,1,F3 from the main menu).
