This Medi-Span Drug Price Update contains 199 NDC Changes, 5987 Drugs, 572 GPIs, and 21 Therapeutic Class changes.

FSI Pharmacy Management Software
Refill Requests (Surescripts)
The patient’s Recent History of the drug being requested now displays at the bottom of the screen allowing the user to verify that the prescription/drug being requested is the most recent one. Compare the history with the most recent dispensing date (highlighted on the main part of the screen).
Commercial Eligibility Check
The Commercial Eligibility Check option has been enhanced to work with the new patient third party sorting method that allows additional patient third party codes.
Patient Signatures
The patient profile menu (M,3) has been changed from ‘HIPAA Signature/Notes’ to ‘Patient Signature/Notes’ to include all patient signature types (HIPAA, Safety Cap, and Auto Refill). The option to print Auto-Refill Rx list with patient signature (H. Print Auto-Refill Scripts and Signature) has been enhanced.
Patient Auto-Refill Signatures
The prompt for patient Auto-Refill signatures can be turned off for specific patients by setting the patient’s Auto Refill flag to ‘N’ on the bottom of the first screen of patient amendments.
Script Pickup
The script pickup process now checks for partial dispensings and allows both partials to be signed for as picked up.
