P.O.S. System:
1. RETURNS – CASH DRAWER ONLY ON CASH RETURNS
Now the cash drawer will open ONLY when the return payment method is CASH.
Pharmacy System:
1. LASER LABEL – NEW DATE FORMATS
Two new date formats have been added in ‘# Form’ field for most dates.

NOTE: the DAY (1-31) does NOT print. This is intentional.
2. PRINT COVID-19 EUA DOCUMENT – DRUG SPECIAL CASE = IMMU19 – PRINT
With drug records identified this way, when a script is processed the operator
will be prompted to ‘Print COVID19 EUA’ document. The operator can change the
‘Y’ to ‘N’ (or any character than ‘Y’) to NOT print this document.
3. ONLINE CLAIMS – ‘FREE PRODUCT’ BASIS OF COST FOR COVID-19 IMMUNIZATIONS
COVID-19 vaccines may require BASIS OF COST code ’15’ (NCPDP ‘Free Product’
designation). If you have a specific Third Party profile (key strokes: 3-7-1-1) for COVID
vaccines, the “Default Cost Basis” on Page 1 of <F5> Miscellaneous Information
may be set to ‘$’ (for Free $s) to default the Cost Basis to ’15’. This item may also be set on the “ONLINE TRANSMITTED VALUES” screen with either <F9> (dollar values) or <F8> (miscellaneous) screens.
