Updated Support Office Business Hours
The main menu of the pharmacy system will now display the support office business hours on the lower left of the screen. Starting September 30th, 2024, FSI Support office switched to operating hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (MST/MDT).
The FSI Support office will be closed for the Christmas and New Year’s holidays on Wednesday, 25 December 2024 and Wednesday, January 1st, 2025. After hours support will be available during those times. The support office will be operating at a reduced staff on December 23rd – 27th and December 31st. Happy Holidays!
Medi-Span Drug Update
This Medi-Span Drug Price Update contains 76 NDC Changes, 1929 Drugs, and 90 GPIs, and 4 Therapeutic Class changes.

Conversion
This updated runs a conversion of the POS Sales History files to increase the record size stored for POS items.
FSI Pharmacy Management System Software
Auto Refill Options
Prescriptions with no refills, but with quantity owing remaining will now be included on the refill list. The option For Drug Special Case was added as an additional qualifier. On Pax CC signature devices, the customer can now accept or decline Auto Refill for the prescriptions being signed for.
Surescripts
An option was added to the Surescripts configuration page to Skip Not Equiv Drug warning if no GPI was sent
with the original drug record from Surescripts. The GPI is used to determine if drugs are equivalent or not.
Printer Map Options
You can now press F6 to Display available Laser Label Formats or F7 to Display available Thermal/Zebra label Formats.
Shipping
RxMile and Roadpas were added as a new shipping options. Contact the FSI Sales office for more information, 800-333-0926.
Zebra Thermal Labels
You can now add the variant ‘F’ to the Directions (Lang as Nec) selection to have just the directions print in a condensed font size on the thermal Zebra label. If your thermal label format in General Offsets is already using ‘F’ for size factor, then the entire label is already using a condensed font size.
