New Cover My Meds Intelligent Prior Authorization interface available (no charge). There is a new CMM IPA interface available through Foundation Systems now. The new interface with Cover My Meds automates much of the prior authorization request process and provides continued update status information.

Will Call
If family members are linked by phone number in Will Call, the system will now check for all available Will Call bags for family members instead of just the first one found. If the prompt displays saying a bag was found for a family member and asks if you want to use it, if you answer ‘NO’ for that bag, the system will check for any other bags for family members and give the option to use those bags. This will help to make sure all available family member bags are identified when adding a new Rx to Will Call.
There are other minor program changes included in this update that should be transparent to the user.
