The state of California will be enacting a law requiring pharmacies to make certain language translations of common directions available upon request.
The requirement can be met by visiting this website, selecting one of the five language options, and printing off the equivalent translation.
As of Nov 5, 2015, there are only five languages required, and only 16 different directions for each language that are available. Any directions outside of the realm of these state-provided translations are not required to be made available to your customers.

Section 2, 4076.6, requires that if translated directions for use appear on the RX container, then English-language version of the directions for use must also appear on the RX container.
