Check out the FSI ‘How To’ dropdown
FSI has a page for ‘How To’. The page has been around since 2015 with not many knowing about it. I found this page a while ago and tried to find the best way to give it exposure. Naturally, why not tie it into The FSI 411?
It’s taken some time to get the customer engagement platform up and going. I have other responsibilities needing attention and It’s a bit of a juggling act sometimes. On the FSI help website, there is a “Support” dropdown. Find the option ‘FSI ‘How To’. There are a few helpful links on this page, check it out and suggest more! What are some “How To’s” you would like to see?
The FSI 411 June 1st, 2021 article “Customize A Shortcut To Access The Functions You Use/Forget The Most!” Remember this? Easier access, but if you are training a new staff member, the FSI ‘How To’ page might be better. Both can be useful!
Give me some feedback on your custom shortcuts, and help me turn them into FSI How To’s!

- Remembering not so common functions
- Accessing not so common utilities
